In order to become a psychotherapist you need to study a theoretical and practical training program, have an adequate level of personal development and develop a supervised clinical practice. The training in psychotherapy carried out within the Association of Integrative Research, Counseling and Psychotherapy ensures all these essential components of training for psychotherapists. Training programs in psychotherapy (called complementary training programs) include theoretical and practical training (so-called basic training), personal development and personal psychotherapy, as well as supervision of clinical practice. The training department is responsible for ensuring the training structures and the quality of the professional training.
